You can make a deposit with cc on binance. If you want to buy usdt, you can even buy with P2P.
 
You have to add your credit card on binance and then you can buy any coin including usdt.
 
tying all your security to a single exchange can be very risky. divide between exchanges.
 
Split between both. Add 50% to USDT and 50% to BUSD. You split your risk by 50%
 
Yes , you can buy usdt on binance easily with credit card. You can also do a p2p transaction there for this.
 
I use my Payoneer card for buying but tax is somehow high but its the best way !
 
Dude you can always buy a Binance account from another country and add credit card, buy cryptocurrencies like USDT or BNB and then send it to your own wallet and sell it in your country.

many of the cards (Bank) don't allow buying crypto, do you know any of them which allow buying crypto?

Simply get a Neo-Bank account like revolut, Bunq, N26, Wise or something... It's avalaible to EU members or some to USA members.

they are worst in Trustpilot, moreover, I tried with wise, but after 2 transactions on Binance they warned me

It's because WISE don't accept CRYPTO, you need to find one without crypto issues.
 
You can buy usdt and all other coins on binance. It is a reputed exchange and thus less risk also.
