No need to be ironic I assume there should exist a bot / crawler that can do that or at leas scrap the users from a certain telegram group. I just needed some guidance

There are some bots/scripts floating around for telegram automation. A good start is Youtube and Github.

These bots instantly forward post from other channels to improve engagement. Maybe you should look into it.

I used to use a python script program a few years ago that I purchased from a developer. Very possible to scrape a list of members from any group and then connect accounts you own through different phone numbers to add the members from these lists to your target group. The problems I encountered with this was each number/account could only add around 40-50 members before getting increasingly longer telegram ban cool downs. As I didn't have access to free virtual number apps, I had to do this manually with new SIM cards each time. I used to have to go to a phone shop and ask for as many of their free sim cards as they could give me.
Much easier methods I'm sure exist now, and I think there is sellers here on BHW that can do targeted member scraping and group adds. I would recommend this as the easier option if you have the budget for it. If the methods are similar for group scraping/adding even with virtual numbers I feel its a very time consuming process to do yourself.

I had joined an telegram group so far , that involves in cracking thats illegal but they are promoting their channel by giving free accounts to users , thats their catch so find yours !

Instead of using a script, post useful content with an invite link to your channel. If you just scrape them from other groups and add them, they're probably going to think it's spam.
