you can try it, most have bot that scrap member from similiar niche than mass invite them
but if your target is strong solid real telegram group. than forgot all those automated way. you need to do it the hard way.

You can scrapre members from similar groups and than use a bot to invite the members into yours. You would need to find software to do so.. you can go python way or jsut use some premade macro bots. Google is your friend
