So i've read bits and pieces about SEO here and there but with new updates and constant changes im always confused.
IF I had $1000, RIGHT now.
What would be the best ways to allocate that money into boosting the Domain Ranking for my site?
Should I go buy GSA, and start blasting backlinks?
Should I on go on Fiverr and buy the DR 50+ guaranteed services?
Should I buy services for PBNs to link to my site?
Should I buy bulk Web 2.0 Backlinks to my site?
Pay for guest posts from high DR blogs??
Like damn there are so many options, what ways can i get the most bang for my buck to increase my site ranking? I already have all the content i need posted

GSA is for many sites (test) which you are ready to burn.
Fiverr is platform of scammers (Sirs).
It is hard to find real PBNs (not fake one spammed with GSA).
Many here say Web2.0s does not helps in rankings.
Quest posts on inner pages do not have backlinks and will not pass any link juice.

For $1k you can make own real 5-10 domains PBN.

The ultimate goal is to have your own PBN as this is the absolute best way to rank sites nowadays. Imagine if you owned Forbes, Bloomberg and Entrepreneur. You would point backlinks from these 3 sites in your PBN to any money site you wanted and you'd rank instantly for whichever keyword you wanted.

Well, if you owned those 3 sites they would be your money sites and you'd be a billionaire anyway because these 3 are powerful enough in themselves, but you get the idea. So, start creating your own PBN ASAP if you can afford it!

Until then, to boost your site's rankings check the standings of your important URLs (not just the money pages but also the informational pages, although I would definitely start with the money pages) in GSC and check for 3 things:

1. pages that are not indexed yet (you want these indexed ASAP because - if your domain is authoritative enough - some of these pages could skyrocket to page 1-2 of google based off your domain's authority alone, I've seen this happen for long tail keywords on powerful domains when as soon as these pages got indexed they shot straight up to page 1)

If you find content pages that are not indexed yet, make a few internal links (with exact or partial anchor text) from pages that are already ranking, to these non-indexed pages and index them

2. pages that have been stuck around pages 2-3 of google for some time. You can boost the rankings of such pages with a few d0follow backlinks as long as they're quality links (PBNs, guest posts, niche edits).

3. (optional) create some engaging content (that offers a freebie or something valuable to visitors to make them click on your page and interact with it in general), and then run some social media promotion to that page. Google tracks stuff like this (well, they track everything) and if they see that your visitors like (and interact) with your site they'll reward you with better rankings.

I wouldn't waste my time with Fiverr. I mean, Fiverr is OK for certain things, but not for backlinks. Most of the backlinking services on Fiverr, SEO Clerks, and sites like these are scam or very low quality and might actually hurt your site (especially if it's new).

GSA I never used so I don't know what to say about it, and web 2.0s don't work as they used to, so I wouldn't waste my time with them, either. If you can get 10-20 branded web 2.0s that will not delete your content or account after some time (many web 2.0s do this) then get them if it's not too much hassle. But don't rely on them packing a punch in your rankings, that's all I'm saying :)

This is off-topic, certainly not in the range of your budget. But, what I do in competitive industries is, get links from real authority sites such as Forbes/CNN/BBC and all others that receive millions of traffic.

I get 5 of those and I use them as Tier 1 links instead of Web 2.0 as mentioned above most of them don't stick and get deleted after some time and that's time and money wasted for nothing.

But with mega authority sites as Tier 1, they already got authority/links/traffic/rank for everything mostly so you are in a good position to blast those pages with Tier 2 links to power them up furthermore and receive the link juice through them as buffer sites. So in short

Money Site < Tier 1 (On mega authority sites such as Forbes/CNN/BBC/Huffpost < Tier 2 GSA SER contextual links with naked URLs and brand anchor text, PBNs your or public ones, and as optional you can point guest posts or niche edits/link insertions to money site directly and you will see organic traffic performance improve within a 1 week, for easier industries even faster. :)

This depends on a few things.

- Can you write your own content, & write it well? If not, you're going to need to allocate some of your budget for content.
- Are you willing to create your own backlinks? That involves buying software and learning what makes a good backlink.
(The software generally needed is Scrapebox, GSA or RankerX, Proxies (preferable rotating) and whether or not you want to create your own PBN links or buy them).

If you end up getting GSA, here is a guide made by a member here: https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/tutorial-getting-started-with-gsa-search-engine-ranker.1198731/

From this list, I would definitely first go for paying for the quality backlinks and buy some good and relevant services for PBNs, as that would bring you the fastest results.

I'd buy domains from the Marketplace, rebuild them and use them as your PBN. That way you have access to them permanently and don't need to worry about your links being removed. Search the forum for PBN building guides there's a couple from reputable members

Should I go buy GSA, and start blasting backlinks? - it might work for a few months then will get a penalty
Should I on go on Fiverr and buy the DR 50+ guaranteed services? - DA has nothing to do with ranking. After buying that service, your domain will be DA50+ but rankings will be the same if not worse
Should I buy services for PBNs to link to my site? - if you go for PBN links then you should rent them and they are not cheap at all. Cheap pbn links are better used on buffer sites
Should I buy bulk Web 2.0 Backlinks to my site? - this will help somewhat if you buy good web2's with decent content, ideally on expired properties (hard to find)
Pay for guest posts from high DR blogs? - forget about DR/DA and any other useless metrics, go for traffic. Buy guest posts from sites which actually rank and have organic traffic. That's the best option on your list

I'd add
- relevant forums
- reddit, quora and other similar sites
- PR's
