Main Instagram got disabled today.(Mother Child problem?)

I was doing the mother-child method with 150 accounts and today when I woke up it wanted to solve that ReCaptcha thing.
Can mother-child affect my main accounts or can people report my main account and make it disabled.

Anyway, I filed a report and have to wait 24 hours.
Don't know if it will work but will update the thread.

Don't know the mother-child method, but I had same "thank you for providing info (...) 24 hours" bullshit and my account got banned after 24 hours.

As far as I know this 24 hours thing always results in an account ban (seen dozen if not hundreds of cases). Try to login in 24 hours and they'll almost certainly tell you your account is banned.

You mean the form where they ask for a mugshot selfie with a piece of paper with your username & name on it? If so no.

I had created a thread after my ban (you can look it up on my profile), I don't want to give IG my selfie and name, but it's up to you if you want to try that route. I've heard sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

Automated, but still it doesn't have to affect the main account.
If it were for that, then I would crash my competitor\s and ban them with child accounts.

are you sure that m/c was the only thing you have been done?
have you ever done stuff like f/u, posting illicit content or other stuff like:
massive following/unfollowing/removing requests

imho its not possible to get banned only for M/C. getting banned for m/c is like getting banned for buying likes or followers. M/C is something which basically can be done by anyone for anyone. i could also run m/c for kylie jenner and get her banned. i think there must be another reason why you got banned.

have you done m/c by yourself? if yes, have you used proxys all the time? if you had done it with the same deveice/internet connection, which you have once used for logging into your mother account, than its truly possible to get banned.

i got once banned for manually removing a big amount of requests

I have also liked and commented maybe like 40 posts in maximum and then I started to use MASS DM. the fourth day that I started to use MASS DM, I unfollowed 400 people for 2 days and then the same day, Instagram said unusual traffic detected, use the Recaptcha and so on and I send the mugshot and never got my account back.

The second account that I had opened with the other account on the same day, I posted 2 posts and commented maybe like 10 comments on competitor's posts and with this account I hadn't used MASS DM.
The same day I got the account disabled, labeled Unusual login and so on and never got my account back.

FOR THE MASS DM, I have used 1 proxy and I had 100 accounts.

You said you unfollowed 400 people for 2 days, I'm not sure if you mean 800 people total (400 per day) or 400 total (200 per day).

But in any case as far as I know IG has limits for unfollowing (as well as following) in around 100 per day (for new accounts), so I wouldn't be surprised that this triggered the ban since you doubled or quadrupled the limit for 2 days in a row. Especially with new accounts the limits are smaller than aged accounts.

That's my 2 cents.

Did they say that your IP was banned when you tried to create a new account, or is it just a precaution?

I don't think the Mother-Child method can affect your main account in the wrong way, it seems you were doing something wrong with the main account.

Also, you said, the account it's only a few days old, then there are many reasons for this to happen.

did you used the same device for the operations with the two accounts?
i think thats the reason why you got banned.

dont worry, i did the same mistakes. start again with a new account and never use the same device (atleast without proxys) for your child accs.
there should be NEVER any link (same internet connection, same device, same email, same number etc) between your mother account and slave accounts.

You're right, might be prudent to use a new IP.

Now I also use my smartphone with 4G for my new IG account after my first one was banned.
