Of course you can put links into your emails. I said no HTML.

What's inbox rate?

The emails are sent from Gmail accounts via web. So the original trust is high. Inbox will depend on your email list, text randomization and links

Yes, the easiest way is you provide me with a csv file with 3 columns:
1) email address
2) email subject
3 email body
And I send all those emails

The emails will be delivered. You can verify that by adding some "checkpoint" addresses to your list and checking if your emails were delivered. However, the inbox/spam highly depends on your links and text randomization.

The emails are sent from gmail accounts. That means they have trust.
