UPS "Lost" my 80.000+$ packages

I also watched a similar story on YouTube just a few days ago there were all kinds of packages lying around that didn't make it to it's destination family portraits and all. Of course you probably wish a family portrait was all you were missing.

Nope. Still "under investigation" last I talked with them. Pretty much SOL.

After lawyer company contact them today 30 times, UPS respond telling us only this :
"Your shipper paid UPS the shipping cost, and we paid back for the merchandise and shipping charges."
Now the problem goes into paradox, the seller send me a private message on Alibaba (on the shipping day) telling me that he will write lower prices so i don't need to pay big taxes at customs, i never told him to do that neither agree, but also don't complain about that. Now after UPS confirmed that they paid compensation we call the Alibaba office, they said that the case will be opened again and contact us as soon as possible, few hours after that they contact my lawyer and informed him that they get 90% less compensation from the actual price and that it's not UPS fault which is true and that it's my fault. We will complain again and wait for news.

That’s what people like me never understood. Cheating on some place always comes back to you. Although, if you have a real business, loosing a few dollars to customs is surely not worth it.

The problem is that the declaration price doesn't mean anything to me, i have people at customs so when I import mining hardware I pay much less than the actual tax is, somebody will call it karma, i just say bad luck

Wait, what customs for electronics? I thought that no matter the amount we shouldn't pay customs for electronics here in Bulgaria, i ordered quite some electronics (motherboards, gpus etc.) never had to pay any customs (they were not near the amount you paid tho

It's not in bugaria, package should transit Bulgaria and arrive in another balkan country where they charge 15% tax.
Yes got the insurance and they paid to alibaba but the insurance cover only 10% because price tag was 90% lower.
I hope you can get your money back, that's a big loss...
