Also just fucking with others won't help your account. It just makes YouTube even worse.
the URLS are invalid as the channel is terminated. Also I want to fuck with others the same way the did to me, that way I will have more exposure for my new channels. Also I joined MCN just last week, so now I have some protection against these fake strikes if they want to do it again.

Duplicate brand, mass page on hacked sites, cloaked redirect to free trial subscription of products we don't offer, charged customers 3 month full price after 2 days, no return policy, and all the customers thought it was our brand calling us, reporting to bank and visa about fraud from us... hah not exactly what you are going through but I can relate.
The best thing you can do is thoroughly research what you can do legally, as long as you have original content and proof of that, you can likely use a lawyer to craft a template letter and submit to YT. Try submitting it through all support channels, literally everything you can find. A lot of the times you will be redirected to the appropriate channel if a human sees your message.

wow, thats insane the lengths these guys are ready to go in order to just destroy competition! the thing is that I tried counter notifications, I got back two accounts and one of them got terminated day later with 9 new strikes. For other channel I just made everything private and tried to find a solution so I dont have to start all over again with 0 subscribers. For others that I tried counter notification I got back from youtube that Im doing fraudulent counter notifications and that my account cant be restored what really sucks because they did not give any explanation of why its fraudulent.. followed the free form they have given when the account is terminated and got denied without explanation, just that its fraudulent.. Dunno if I can still do anything about this biggest account..
He has the licenses to use that content, they can spam copyright claims until the channel gets taken down. There's a similar issue with Instagram right now. No matter what you did to get banned on Instagram, if you spam a certain thing (not gonna disclose), you can get any account unbanned. So I assume (but have also heard of OP's issue) and it's fucking terrible that people get away with that. I would keep trying to contact YouTube and try to get to a real person, I know it's damn near impossible, but one weird solution is contacting Google's customer support and maybe trying to get some answers there (on who to reach out to)
I tried dude, I got answer back from them 2 months later that my counter notification was fraudulent even if other went thought.. I sent them images, videos and tried to have them to talk to me but no luck.. Best solution I found is joining MCN but then cant recover my lost accounts, only protect existing..

The thing is the strikes don't need to be legit. They just select a few seconds from your video/music and say that it's originally from their artist. YouTube doesn't really check this. It's a pain in the ass.
the thing in these strikes is that there is no timestamp or explanation of what content I have used, I asked youtube to help me understand what I have done wrong, I showed my licenses and it did not help, youtube team just ignored that part and continued with some bs robot answer..
same thing have happened to me before in 2020, but then alteast there was time stamps. Then they were copying my videos with my watermark and posting them on facebook and striked me with link to their facebook page where was my video with my watermark. I dont know how did it work if date when it was posted was later than mine on youtube... and the watermark clearly said my channels name... Youtubes system is broken af..
I got that account back, but they disbanded my adsense account with invalid ad traffic, I had 50k in one day and then the next day it showed 200k in one day revenue, and my adsense got terminated.. I could not make new adsense, so I created new one on my girls account and continued but now they found a new way I guess..
If you have a way to prove that you own the content that was striked, then contact YouTube on Twitter. They usually respond fast on Twitter.
I tried, they just said that I need to submit a form to support team and I did that got denied for fraudulent counter notification whatever that means.
This problem has been up for years. Sad that YT doesn’t care about it..
yes, this is a real problem, everytime I get past 5 digits income some shit happens.. Im tired talking with youtube, I want to take this situation in my own hands I just need to understand how they make a fake strike and ill do the same to them, give them taste of their own medicine!
If anyone have some suggestions of how I could strike them back, please help me out, Im desperate and will pay!
