I plan on getting one, its the perfect organizer for me, Ive always thought if only my iphone were bigger it would be perfect for me for an organizer.

I use Things for my iPhone... probably the best organizer I've used.

Just got 4 broken iphones off egay taped them together and they work better than the great ipad

are there any good organizers that don't have a phone? i could use something portable but i don't need the phone. like an organizer but with more features.

Steve Jobs Calls Google Mantra 'Crap,' Says Adobe Is Lazy, Source Reports.

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2010/02/01/steve-jobs-calls-google-m_n_444133.html

Steve Jobs ripped into Google and Adobe at a town hall company meeting, according to anonymous sources.

The CEO reportedly had harsh words for Google--calling its 'don't be evil' mantra 'a load of crap'--as well as for Adobe. He also shared information about forthcoming product updates, noted MacRumors.

So what did he purportedly say, according to unconfirmed, second-hand reports compiled by Wired, Daring Fireball, and MacRumors?

Jobs' take on Google was that 'teams at Google want to kill us,' a source told Daring Fireball. Jobs also apparently called Google's 'don't be evil' mantra 'a load of crap,' and noted, 'We did not enter the search business. [..] They entered the phone business.'

What Jobs said about Adobe, according to Wired:

They are lazy, Jobs says. They have all this potential to do interesting things but they just refuse to do it. They don't do anything with the approaches that Apple is taking, like Carbon. Apple does not support Flash because it is so buggy, he says. Whenever a Mac crashes more often than not it's because of Flash. No one will be using Flash, he says. The world is moving to HTML5.

Jobs also expressed some nostalgia for the Adobe of years past, according to Daring Fireball.

MacRumors reported that Jobs dished on some forthcoming updates. These include 'aggressive updates to iPhone that Android/Google won't be able to keep up with,' an 'A+' update to the iPhone, and additional integration between the Lala and iTunes team.

MacRumors' source also claims that Jobs cited the iPad as 'up there with the iPhone and Mac as the most important products Jobs has been a part of.'

Though his exact words have not been confirmed, Wired says that multiple people in attendance at the town hall meeting have anonymously confirmed Jobs' quotes.

Some earlier rumors add some credence to Jobs' alleged quotes. TechCrunch wrote earlier that Jobs had said the iPad 'will be the most important thing I've ever done.' CNBC, citing 'knowledgeable sources,' wrote that Steve Jobs 'hates' Google CEO Eric Schmidt.

God I hate Steve Jobs... what an idiot.

Why nobody mentioned Apple Newton Messagepad yet? Incredible.

In Jobs defense the Newton was during the non Steve Jobs era.

While Jobs can be a wacko, the man is a genius, and one hell of a CEO.

They say there is a fine line between being insane and being a genius. Steve Jobs is living proof of this theory.

There's no question whether or not he's a good CEO - success of his company proves that he's a good one. But he's just the leader, the actual work is being done by masses of nameless, faceless employees.

There's just something about him that makes me not like him. While some people hate Bill Gates - I think nothing of him, not positive, not negative. But Jobs' public image... he's looks like a leader of a charismatic cult. If he'd tell every Apple customer to follow him to a jungle hideout and to commit mass suicide there, probably some would do so...
