[Question] 1 or 2 posts per day on Instagram?

Hello community,

My research strongly indicates that the most recommended number of posts per day is 1 followed by suggestions of 2 posts per day.
So as start of 2022, do you advise a business Instagram account to post one or rather two carousels per day in order to grow?

Now that I have already brought up this topic, how many stories per day do you suggest is good to grow a business account?

I Ran a artwork business and I started with 5 post a day with hashtags that were relevant and had 10k to 20k posts in each. NGL I had 1000 impressions/post but the inquires were like 2-3 per month.

my suggestion is that in description please write like you are friendly and ask them to DM you Cause that way you can pull more conversions. for story 2/day can be a good amount and make the story which is engaging (that is really helpful).

i would say you start with 2 posts per day
instagram likes it when you post more. it's just like other social media

to grow in general on instagram, try to use every feature that exists on instagram, not only story and normal posts

It depends on your follower size but in initial stages it's better to post more so that you have a higher chance to get an organic boost and going viral, Which in return gives you free and organic followers.

I would say start with 2 Post per day . Because a accounts credibility also depends on the Quantity and quality of the post .

Depends on some factors but go for 2.

Check on insights/analytics the best time to post, a good caption, put some hashtags with proper search volume, add location and there you go.
