When we are writing an SEO-optimized article. how should the titles add? let's say my KW is - "best toys for my cat" H1 should be with main KW and how to add H2,H3?​

ehhh honestly I just use H1 and the rest H2's, I don't bother using header nesting anymore (H3 H4, etc). Google doesn't seem to give 2 shits anymore.

If you use them for anything, it would mostly be ease of use for your readers, which you can break things up in better ways than this.

somehow related, I usually look for LSI keywords or related keywords that make sense together. Cat food, for example, won't fit in there. Different types of cat toys will.
