Hello,

Unfortunately our cards cannot be used in ATM as we offer virtual non-reloadable cards only: you cannot top them up or withdraw funds or transfer the funds to other cards or accounts, but they accept refunds.
You can use a card for anonymous online payments unlimited number of times while it has a positive balance and before the exp date.
Regarding Google Play and Apple Store, Ezzocard cards can be used for payments at Apple Store (US) but they may get declined by Google Play as Google has changed its payment policy (our cards used to work perfectly there). Please note that US virtual cards (Black/Blue/Green) are accepted at US Apple Store (iTunes) only and Canadian VCCs (Brown) are destined to verify accounts or make purchases at Canadian Apple Store or iTunes.

Is there something wrong with the new purple cards that were added? I have one that I used successfully twice, but on the same exact service when I try to use it again with the proper balance it gets denied. I used one of my older black cards to pay for that same service and it worked with no issues.

Ah ok that explains it. I talked with support as well and it seems the bank is putting holds on those cards transactions for some reason. Would you be able to give us an update here once you guys have the issues resolved? I have quite a few things I need to purchase asap with my card.
