Honest Review,
Carlton has but a lot of effort into building this panel. He's pretty active here too. That's one reason why I wanted to give his panel a try.
Usually, panels with the cheapest services don't really have the best support. But he mentioned in his thread, and on his website, about the :best" support they provide. So, pretty evidently I had to give it a try, as I don't mind paying a premium for the "insurance" - that the issues will be resolved quicker.
Live chat is far from instant, it takes them roughly 45 minutes to just answer a vague response. Tickets work (0-6 Hours response time), but I believe It's when Carlton himself is up and replying, Which is he good at and this is appreciated.
Overall prices are on the higher side. But if the support is improved. It could be worth it. This could be a great panel for end customers & small resellers. They have this potential.
I personally have not had a nice experience with the support. I have had no issues with the service though. Adding funds itself is taking ages.

Thank you for this in-depth review.
LIVE Chat: Currently we are working with 3 agents rotating 24 hours per day and 7 days a week. We are growing at a rate that's so fast, last week I only needed 2 agents. Now we're at 3 and I have to get another one.
So, in response, this will for sure be fixed. About 80% of the time we respond within 2 minutes.
As for prices, we should be one of the lowest in the market. If this is not valid, please PM me a competitor so I can beat their prices.
Hopefully this review can later on be edited as you use us, thanks for the feedback.
**Also, ticket support is being improved daily and eventually all agents will have admin rights.

Review:
I bought 1450 Instagram followers. Received 1850 followers, it was almost instant (received within 20 to 25 minutes). After 18 hours, Current followers stand at 1791 stable. Dropping is around 0.1 % which leaves an outstanding experience with this panel.
