Warning for Those Trying To Comment/Bump "Old" or Inactive Threads

I would like to run a follow-up on this topic as this was suggested before on May 7, 2020 by @thebotmaker.

No, but you can always tag a mod and he will close it just after, I have done it a few times, it doesn't take long for them to do it if they are not spammed daily with recommendations like those.

That´s the point, we (nor the mods) should be wasting time into addressing that issue when a notification could potentially take care of that by showing a warning message to the user similar to the one posted by @Stavro here...

The thing is, because nobody reports these issues, we don't have the necessary data to determine whether or not this is worth implementing. After all, we can't nor should we make decisions on an issue that may be infrequent.

Anyway, I've contacted the dev team to ask them about the possibility of implementing this again. I always edit these threads whenever an idea is going to get implemented. If there's no edit on this post, assume it's not going to be implemented for the time being.
