I have one main competitor in my niche. They are often ranking above me in the organic search result on the same keywords.

Competitor: DA 7, PA 15, DR 12, URL rating 17, Trust Flow 10
My domain: DA 7, PA 24, DR 17, URL rating 14, Trust Flow 2

As you see above my domain have slightly better numbers except the Trust Flow. Can the Trust Flow effect the rankings so my competitor always are ranking higher?

TF doesn't matter honestly, it's an metric that was invented by a 3rd party and highly doubt google uses it algorithm in any form or way.
