I need some help regarding day-to-day tasks, it can be really anything - starting from administrative tasks and up to writing adult-themed copy for our projects. In near future I'm planning to open my current proxy farm to public access thus client support/management will be one of the roles as well.

Payment:
For the first few months, I'm offering as low as 7$/hour till we know each other better. My previous assistant ended up earning 2k monthly(~17$/h) for an average 6 hour workday but we had to part our ways because illegal substance usage took over his day-to-day operations. Earning potential is not limited to whats stated previously, it will depend only on you and your abilities. Hourly work will be tracked using monitoring services like Desktime or Upwork. I prefer weekly payments for the previous time period. Can do wired, PayPal or crypto.

Yes, while the thread is open - it's available.

Can hourly payment be increased? It's low in my country
Yes, but you will need to show that you are worthy. I actually do not mind it to be up to $35/h or more if you are a person I can trust with my tasks and be 100% sure that they will be understood and taken care of with the same effort I would do or better.


Can you elaborate on blackhat part of the gig?
I'm doing CPA mostly now. And as you can imagine - the nature of CPA is that most of them are borderline scams or just shitty products and services. My marketing techniques consist of building up large networks of fake actors(fake social media profiles) and then using them to promote those offers. Someday it will change and we will start to build up our own products but marketing techniques will probably not change. But for now - it is what it is.

Is there an age limit?
Yes-ish, you should be at least 18 years old to be able to sign an NDA contract but on another hand, I value young and passionate minds so apply and let's see how it goes.

Socionics is a pseudoscience and can't be taken too seriously but for me and people around me - this test was surprisingly accurate.

I think that results can un will vary depending on mood or position in life but nevertheless, in this thread, it was part of the test to see if people will notice this requirement.

In germany the minimum wage is 10€. So thats important to know. Dont know how much americans earn....

Anyhow, here in north-east Europe the minimum is 3.5€ or so. Some other EU countries - even lower than that, for example - Macedonia or Romania. My wife was a personal assistant to the largest pharma factory CEO here in north-east EU and had netto of 1700 monthly. Now she did some research and it's above-average of what assistants get in this area.

You have to be very exceptional to earn 2k or more as an assistant if you are located in east/south europan countries. So my deal is one hell of a deal for an opener. The right person could double the earnings in a year or triple them in two.

On this offtopic note, do you know minimum wage in Ukraine or Belarus? It's a complete joke but at the same time - they are best people when it comes to work ethics.

Only 2 Indians till now could read the requirements correctly so it's not a big issue, the applicants are a mix of south America, south europe and Asia.

Oh wow didnt know that. In germany its so different but did not think about countrys like ukraine ( i though they just fight the russians and dont work lol).

Here is a high minimum wage and also state benefits are very high if you dont work (440€ per person + appartment up to 45qm).

funny enough - both of them - russians and ukrainians are the best people I ever worked together with, they are straight forward no bullshit type of people and are ready to battle not only each other but any difficulties you put them through in tech field as well haha hired a lot of devs in past from those regions.
