Hello respected guys, I hope you all are good and doing well.

I want to know about PBN? How does it work? Can google does not recognize it? And if we get link from PBN site, this will be authorized? How does it possible when PBN is not legal in the eye of Google. Please explain. Thanks

public blog network or PRIVATE blog network?
Basically, you create decent blogs which you care about and rank then you add links to your main site... that's what PBN supposed to mean.
In reality? Buy expired domains, post trash, call it high quality... sell links.

A private blog network (PBN) is a website that masks the real identity of its owner by using various IP addresses. This makes it appear like hundreds or even thousands of independent websites run by one person. Since the ownership is masked they can create links to your site and they appear to search engines as organic, natural links even though all the sites share the same owner. It's a decent way to buy links to increase your search engine rankings, but nothing does better than a solid content strategy.

So this is legal also? mean I heared that google block us if they got us attached these sites. This is the main confusion for me.

First off, Google is not the law so manipulating search results is not illegal. Secondly, could they discover and devalue the links such that they don't help your SEO so much? Yeah probably, but I would guess they have better things to do than devalue a few hundred links from a blog network. They are probably focusing their AI on detecting what is most meaningful and relevant than looking for bad actors better for them in the long run.

It's easy... if you want good backlinks then get links from the sites which rank on google.
If google ranks those sites and gives them traffic, they ought to be good.
Link farms which are based on expired domains.. well, just third party useless stats google doesn't use....

The private blog network (PBN) is a group of authoritative websites linking to one main domain to build backlinks. It is a method of passing link equity to a site and improving its ranking.

These domains have a lot of link juice. In other words, they have authority with Google that allows them to rank for keywords faster. Any site that links to these domains passes this authority onto that site.

PBN era is over man... Go for guest posting and Niche edits!

Sup mate. Welcome to BHW. There are thousands of threads on PBNs here. Read lots, so you can post more specific questions.

PBN era is over man... Go for guest posting and Niche edits!
PBNs era will end when Google will stop caring about backlinks. Which is not soon. Also, properly set up and nurtured PBNs are way, way, WAY better than guest posts and niche edits, even for the only reason that you have control over them. With guest posts and niche edits the owner of the site that gives you the guest post / niche edit link can simply decide to remove / replace your link, or their site may get penalized and then your link will lose its value, or the owner might go out of business and you will lose your backlink, or they might decide to nofollow your link and your link will lose its SEO value, and so on. Many things can happen with guest posts and niche edits. PBNs - again, when done right - are way more valuable than all other types of backlinks, so I'm not sure what you're talking about.

OP: PBN means Private Blog Network and it's basically a bunch of websites that you own. Any site that you own is technically a part of PBN because 1) you own it (so, it's private) and 2) it's a blog. So, any site that you own and that you can place links on that point to your more important sites (which we call money sites, and which are sites you wish to rank in google because... well, they make you money) is a PBN.

PBNs also include money sites because the evolution of PBNs has gotten to such a point lately that you need to treat them just like money sites in order to get the most value out of them. A website that ranks and gets organic traffic will be more valuable as a PBN than a site that's not even indexed in google, even though, technically, both of these sites can be called PBN. This is, in a nutshell, the deal with PBNs.

And yes, if Google find out that you're using PBNs to improve your rankings be sure that they'll penalize you (deindex all of your sites in that PBN, including your money sites). But, since many people rank and bank with the help of PBNs it means that Google can not detect them IF they are set up properly. Here is a guide on how to safely set up PBNs:

Hello,

"A PBN is a network of websites used to build links (and therefore pass authority) to a single website for the purpose of manipulating search engine rankings. This scheme is similar to a link wheel or link pyramid, as it involves several different websites all linking to one another or to one central website."

It works by passing authority, in the form of links, from a number of websites you control, to one or more other websites. But acquiring links is both expensive and time-consuming, so many marketers have chosen to build their own websites that they can then link to their other websites from.
