Best Bulk Cold Emailing Solution 2021

Yes, it's better to avoid dashes or you'll start with a handicap, same for numbers and weird extensions / TLDs.

You can just put different sentences for each contact in your CSV / XLS, that works.
Shatzyo - do you recommend programs like Multilogin?

How can I write thousand sentences?
My email format:
Subject
Dear
Header
Body
Content
Footer
Signature
I intend to write 5 different sentence for each of them and spin sentences together. Do you know any software can do that?
Thank!

my 2 cents about inboxing/better open rate
if you are into WH/Greyhat split between smtp's (AmazonAWS/sendgrid/postmarkapp.com/sendpulse/mailgun/mailjet/sendinblue/ (there is tens more) , with the right template and subject (and of course content) you can have an amazing open rate.
Blackhat stuff with spammy titles ..., 2 servers , 1 for mass mailing and another one that will be for only openers and clickers (since you are blackhatters you can include unsubscribers too)
the open rate will not be the same (not even close) but the cost is worth it (find some russian/ netherland/ estonian servers , even french (from ovh) ) keep it slow and warm those ip's , don't get greedy , you will eventually make some serious $$$ , take it easy and choose your title wisely (include a fake report as spam link , this will help your ip reputation)
hey, can you send me PM? very interested to talk with you, thanks

Always glad to help in the emailing field.

For cheap alternatives to MailShake, I'd say Yet Another Mail Merge... I've heard about Mautic but I don't know it.

Anyways, there are plenty of tools but you have to look for 3 main things :

- a tool that sends with / through Gmail / with Gmail IPs so without a custom shared IP.
- which allows you to set up a custom tracking domain.
- which allows you to have a delay between emails sent to avoid bulk / one shot blasts.

By the way, Gmass has now a warming tool but it's really basic / cheap from what I've seen : obvious reference in each subject line, gibberish content, etc.. It's more than nothing but I personally wouldn't use it.

3. I always buy domains related to my client brand but I've been in situations where I couldn't do it. So sometimes I had to use domains that were absolutely not related to my brand name or my client's. It didn't make any noticeable difference at that time so you can do it. It's more a "branding subject".

Good luck
Hey, you wrote that you use 1 gsuite account / 1 unique domain. But tell me please, for the tracking domain, do you buy +1 separate domain, or you use that gsuite's domain? Let's say your gsuite is [email protected]. Do you use lalala.com as tracking domain for that particular gsuite account? Let me know, thank you!

Hey guys, does anyone of you know how to use spyntax by sending cold emails with mail merges like Gmass, Yet Another mail merge or mailshake? Do these programs have a function to implement spyntax? Because i want to use these programs to send emails from multiple Gsuites , so i want to use same template, but i want to use spyntax so my all accounts do not get connected with each other. Please let me know if this is possible guys, thank you!

Shatzyo - do you recommend programs like Multilogin?

No, why use this kind of tools ? If you manage several Gsuite or Office 365 accounts, you don't need to use any tool like this.

As the tracking domain I use the domain of the sender. If my email is [email protected], my tracking domain will be xyz.com

Good luck.

You could use multilogin to assign a specific proxy to a browser profile. I don't see that being necessary right now but it could be in future and might is already if you are in some kind of agressive affiliate marketing.

For my projects chrome's internal multi browser profile function was enough.

I don't believe in this kind of weird practices. You don't need that.

To have a great deliverability and opening rates, you need to follow the best practices + use a warming tool as it's much harder without one in 2022, that's all.

Btw, all these best practices are explained in this great deliverability guide by Mailreach, a must read IMO : How to prevent emails from going to spam

I love Apollo, but you can check ProspectWith, I didn't try it but I've heard good things about it.

Thanks for answering! I have another question. For Gsuite, do you use business standart which is 6$ / a month per user? It has a limited storage , so how do you avoid reaching the full limit? Because once you reach the full limit of email storage you will no longer be able to receive more emails, so how do you handle it? workspace enterprise has unlimited storage , but its 25 eur a month, so its 20 eur more expensive than business starter which is for 6$.

Also, can you please check your PM, i sent you a message, I really want to get in contact with you mate!

Also have some more questions @Shatzyo . Hope it's not too many questions for you..

When using Mailreach, do you leave warmup on an autopilot(default) mode? So it sends like 60 emails as maximum after some days. Or do you tweak their settings to increase the limit to let's say 90 emails per day warmup as maximum?

1. Do you set up tracking domain only when you start sending emails with mailshake? Or do i need to setup a tracking domain once i start mailreach warmup? I'll be using Gmass probably, so i'd like to know if i need to setup tracking domain at the beginning of warmup or only after i started sending email campgains with gmass/mailshake or any other program?

2. Do you think its worth doing warmup for 30 days?

3. After 30 days of warmup, how many emails do you start sending with your email campgains? By how many do you ramp up? For example:

DAY 1 - 20 emails

DAY 2 - 40 emails

DAY 3 - 60 emails and etc etc...

4. Do you use service like debounce to clean email lists?

5. Do you need to use proxy+separate browser for each G-Suite in order to do not leave any footprints? For example if i have 10, 30, or even 100 gsuites, maybe its bad if i use all gsuites on same ip and same browser? I already saw your reply about multilogin , but maybe such programs like multilogin are necessary if you manage lots of gsuite accounts?

6. Do you need to se up SPF, DKIM and DMARC for each gsuite that you create? Do you need to do this once you started warmup with mailreach?

Thanks a lot!

I rotate aged gmail accounts - each on their own proxy. As long as they're properly warmed, you can send 400 per day per account. I've experienced minimal issues.

That being said, I don't send 10k emails per day lol. You may need some more firepower for that type of thing.

Hello @Shatzyo I need your answer to my question please
Let's assume you are able to register a domain name related to your brand name but if you would like to create many sender domain names users related to that brand name this means you have to purchase other domain names related to the same brand name, my question is as follow:

-How do you choose those names (related to the same brand) to make them independent from each other so that if you get spam problems in one of the domain name, it will not spread on the others???
For example if the brand name is "beautyshop" Is it okay to differentiate between them just with numbers like below. (if it is not okay what do you suggest)

beautyshop1.com
beautyshop2.com
beautyshop3.com
beautyshop4.com
....
etc.

Hi guys,

My answers :

There's a cheaper version, the basic plan, but Google by default puts you on the expensive one. You need to downgrade in the settings. And btw, there's no storage problem, I've never had any problem with that.

When using Mailreach, I mostly use the autopilot mode which is fine. I can twist the settings if I want a faster ramp up or a bigger warming volume depending on my clients needs.

Concerning your other questions :

1. The tracking domain has to be set before sending real campaigns. Mailreach won't use any tracking in the warming activity (which is recommended as tracking doesn't help deliverability). Just set it up before sending real campaigns that's all.

2. For me it's not worth to warm up during 30 days. The most important thing is to warm up between 2 and 3 weeks and, very important, to continue to warm during your campaigns to maintain your deliverability with a constant engagement and positive email activity which is delivered by mailreach. The warming is here to balance what you do with your campaigns. If you have poor results from your emails, in all cases you have the warming emails sent by Mailreach that will help maintain the deliverability.

3. After I warm up for two weeks without sending, I start sending at 50 / day and add 20/30 per day until reaching around 100/120 daily emails max.

4. Of course, I use email validation tools. I use Debounce but there is Zerobounce, Dropcontact, etc.

5. I don't do any stuff like that. Come on guys, stop thinking about this kind of stuff, we're not in the deep web shit. There's nothing wrong with sending emails from G suite from different addresses. I just use my regular IP and manage several Google Workspace users, that's all.

6. I set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC right after I buy the domain, it has to be setup ASAP so your first email (even the first warm up email by mailreach) is sent with all these set up and running.

Don't use numbers, this is what spammers do and it will make you land in spam. Also Mailreach says to avoid "-" dashes, I trust them on that.

Just add words before or after like :

- visitbeautyshop
- getbeautyshop
- beautyshopstore
- thebeautyshop

I don't know but you get the point. OK it slightly affects your brand name but it does not change anything in terms of results. People just don't care.

I've sent emails from domains that don't contain the brand name at all and I managed to generates sales doing that. Don't worry about that.

Thanks a lot for your questions @Shatzyo .

1. So you do only 14-21 days of warmup with mailreach with their autopilot mode and then you start sending 50 emails from day 15th or day 22th(depends whether you start after 2 weeks or 3 weeks) and then you ramp up by increasing sending +20/30 per day? Why you stop at 100-120 emails? I thought you can safely send 200 emails a day with the warmup running at the same time?

2. Is it ok that i don't set up DMARC , only MX, SPF and DKIM? Cause I don't know how to set up DMARC. I've red many guides but its still not clear for me. Do you create a fresh gmail account for each DMARC for each separate gsuite? Or you use 1 same gmail for as many gsuites DMARC as you want?

3. And finally, are you sure you don't need proxies+multilogin for each gsuite? Because imagine, if you manage not 1 or 3 Gsuites, but let's say you send emails from 50 G-Suites daily? Do you think i can manage 50 gsuites safely from 1 same IP daily?

Sorry @Shatzyo i meant thanks for your answers*

I have another question:

4. Do you use spyntax for your email templates? I mean, if you have clients who need bigger volumes daily, for example 1000 emails / a day , so you use multiple gsuites and i assume you use spyntax? Because accounts can get linked and banned because of not using spyntax for multiple gsuite accounts?

Thank you @Shatzyo for the helpful advice

I got the point, adding words before or after like the examples you gave me sounds good
1-What about adding just random (meaningless) prefixes and suffixes like
aabeautyshop.com
beautyshopff.com
beautyxxshop.com
beautyshopp.com
beautyyshop.com

Or it should be meaningful like "visit" "get" "the" "your" ...etc.

2- What about changing just the extension,
beautyshop.com
beautyshop.net
beautyshop.info
If we follow the instructions that you gave us (every user with one sending domain name)

Will beautyshop.com & beautyshop.net & beautyshop.info still be independent from each other in case of spam problem (although they share the same domain name but different extensions)
I mean if you get spam problems in one of them, it will not spread on the others?
