I don't setup recovery emails or if I have to, I put an email I own.
You shouldn't have phone verification issues as long as you're using G Suite and you create and manage the email accounts on your IP / Computer.

But if you use Gmail.com accounts, yes you'll have phone verifications and all the shit that goes with it. Don't use gmail.com addresses, that sucks and you'll get banned.

Yes Gsuite is paid, but it's worth paying $5 / month to have a better sending setup.

Yes you need a good email list but that can be easily done when doing B2B. You just have to use tools like Snov.io, Apollo, PhantomBuster or any other and you can have a good list and start emailing them.

Anybody can build a good list of professionals and reach out to them. But not anybody can get leads / meetings / sales out of that. This is why you need to learn email copywriting and sales.

On top of that, you need to have a good deliverability setup, which is game changing, because shit deliverability = no openings, no sales.

How do you handle situations where clients / your employees need to access emails as well with phone verification on Gsuite

Hi @Shatzyo I see you recommend MailReach for warm up, how it is better compared to $9/mo warm up tools like warmbase, murlist and warmupinbox? I see warmbase comes with 50 emails per day per inbox and 24/7 customer support and they say use AI copy for email warm up as opposed to some other tools that use low quality content.What would you say? Thanks!

email newsletters died a few years ago. It's better to start sending out by telegram and other messengers to social networks.

I've heard and/or used most of Mailreach alternatives. 90% of them suck or at least are limited because of several things :

- They use shitty / gibberish emails. And even if some of them say that's "AI" (which is often a buzzword to look sexy), most of the time it doesn't really reproduce a real cold emailing activity. What's great with Mailreach is that : the warm up emails are realistic cold emails, asking for calls, talking about a presentation, asking people "how are you doing", etc. And the replies generated are positive, like "Yes I'm available for a call, you have my number" etc. And that's important to make Microsoft and Google understand you're a "good sender". They've built a real conversation system that is the closest to a real cold email activity.
- They put the damn same word in every subject line, that's not realistic, that's cheap. For warmup inbox, that's "wul"
- They don't allow you to see how you perform on Gmail versus Outlook.
- They don't have a real spam testing tool to test your deliverability on several inboxes and see where you land
- etc

Mailreach stands out because of their obsession to make the best deliverability tool. We can feel that as customers.

use a VPS and set up an SMTP that'll send unlimited emails through your host provider

Shatzyo - I'm having a big problem here. All my Lemwarm accounts had a major spike in spam (like 5-7) two days ago.

Looking at the Lemlist facebook group and a ton of people are having this issue.

Couple of questions for you:
1. Are you seeing similar (with Mailreach I'm assuming)?
2. Are my accounts all screwed given they had a spam spike for 3 days?
3. Is Mailreach my best alternative?

Please help a fellow emailer out.

1. Everything's fine with my email accounts being warmed with Mailreach, zero issue. I asked them if they were experiencing problems and apparently not from their data.

2. No, your accounts are not screwed, having spam spikes happens and that's OK. You need to wait a bit, Mailreach should help with that.

3. Yes, according to me, Mailreach are the best on the market, they pushed their service further and they know their shit very well. And they have a lot of helpful articles you can follow. I 100% recommend this service as it helped me a lot in my journey since they exist.

Usually, warming tools like Mailreach are firstly designed for cold emailing, but as it generates engagement on your domain it can only help. The problem is the number of emails you send.

The warming activity is to balance your own sending activity by injecting engagement in it. If you send, let's say 50k emails daily, you need a lot of engagement to balance that. Much more than a cold emailing activity which sends fewer emails / day.

Mailreach sends max 90/100 warming emails per day from an email address which is more than enough for cold emailing, but for a 50k volume you'd need to warm multiple addresses of your domain to multiply the number of warming emails sent from your domain.

Not sure to be clear with that, but the warming activity has to be adapted to the volume you send.

Yeah, I get your point. The problem is that there is not a Warmup Tool for B2C emailing (with limits above 100 emails/day) in the market.

Get mailwhizz + your own SMTP. If you look up h-educate on youtube you'll find helpful info. Just remember to not send spam and you will be good. Filter them lists too!

I'd max the number of conversations on Mailreach if I need to help rescue a particular domain / inbox but otherwise I stay on their autopilot mode as I don't have so many spam spikes. If I have, it's small and Mailreach fixes that.

how many follow ups do you send?

i'm thinking about running a campaign to find clients for my facebook ads marketing agency

getting personal emails of CEOs and marketing directors using ad spy tools, basically any ecommerce stores that are currently running ads, i wanna link up with them

i'm thinking i can cold email 100 new businesses daily with 1 follow up. total of 200 emails per day. do you think 1 follow up is sufficient?

also, how many warm up emails are you sending per day? right now i'm sending 10 daily
