There are possibly added unwanted (spammy) backlinks to your site, You can disavow those backlinks on a search console.
They are not appearing on the search console which is also another problem.
Is there any other way to find these links

Check the backlinks in moz which has more than 10% spam score and disavow the ones which are not relevant and spammy.

Moz spam score has absolutely nothing to do with backlinks, I'm not sure why people keep saying otherwise. It's just "the percentage of sites with similar features to the site you’re researching which we've found to be penalized or banned by Google." It looks at 27 on-site factors to see which ones your site has that other spammy sites also have.

It would be advised to check for the number of the backlinks that you have created because adding up backlinks on the website with spammy content can be a reason. I would suggest you to check your backlinks if you find anything like this please go ahead and remove those backlinks it will take time to lower the spam score.

No, them linking to your site is irrelevant to your Moz spam score.

May be your competitors made spammy backlinks. Check google search console to track links and disavow all Spammy MOZ and Search Console Backlinks through google search console disavow tool

Spam score won't influence your authority and rankings as it's just a 3rd party metric. You can ignore spam score as long as you don't have considerable amount of spammy links. If you want to reduce spam score, check your backlinks with a tool like Ahrefs or Semrush and disavow all spammy/unwanted backlinks.

You're going about this all wrong. SS is a 3rd part metric. Fuck 3rd party metrics. They are there for guidance. Guidance that needs to be double and triple checked by looking at Search console, analytics, heat maps, other 3rd party tools like ahrefs and Semrush.
Then you need to have been in the SEO game a while to even understand what a bad link truly is.
I have sites that have been spammed to death. Semrush and Moz tell me my spam score is high, whilst I'm seeing a boost in ranking. Do you think I'm going to disavow ANYTHING? NO! Absolutely not. Why would I delete free backlinks?
How do you know which backlinks are affecting your site negatively?
How do you know the actual backlinks are the issue and not some technical or onsite issue?
If you can't give detailed answers to those 2 questions, just don't do anything to your off-site stuff. Focus on building more and better content and perfecting your technical optimizations.
