just contacted you through Email. My payment method was cancelled for some reason (PayPal), and my account as well.

Hi, email received and responded to. PayPal processes the payments, usually this happens because a person's paypal account, bank account or credit card used to pay the order doesn't have enough funds or expired. I don't know why your payment didn't go through, assuming you had setup a recurring payment when placing the order. Orders that have coupons attached to them are recurring coupons and can only be used when you setup a recurring payment and maintain the subscription, once the trial expires you can't use the coupon to reactivate the subscription using the coupon, this isn't something I purposely put in place - I just can't find a way to make it work.
Regardless, you've been a customer for a long time so I went ahead and activated your order on good faith so you can try paying, and if you still have troubles I sent you another coupon code so you can use that to place another order.

I went ahead and made a new subscription with the new coupon, as the old one didn't want to go through.
