Hi! I'm a complete noob in fb advertising, I'm a programmer. I recently published an app on Google Play. Previously, I just bought installations now I want to try to promote my application myself to get new US installations. I bought FB accounts with BM, USA mobile proxies, incognition browser. Now I need to link a card to pay for advertising.
