OP clarified it was not spun but handwritten.
Copy received read more like "spun" content to me than handwritten.

Why?
There were different paragraphs that acted as empty fillers, which unfortunately removed context from the text.
Therefore making it human unreadable (in original English version and the translations).

Example: a paragraph on the health benefits of a product, whereas the product is not a consumable but decorative, doesn't pan out (contextwise)

Summary
For a spun article, maybe as filler applicable,
For handwritten, I'd hesitate to put it on my sites.

The price is unbeatable though, but in my case, not workable
