Are your IP addresses detected as data center or mobile by IP2PROXY?

It should be detected as mobile. Not every IP check websites are accurate though.

3) If I pay via PayPal (according to your experience with PayPal) did you have problems with a 24hr payment hold period?
4) Are your proxies in stock now? Or I will need to wait hours to days before I will get a proxy (due to high demand)?
