Currently, you're allowed to rotate every 5 minutes for our dedicated modems. You may rotate faster but you may notice IP not changing every once in a while. I'd say don't go faster than 3 minutes as it can stops you from getting new IP from ISP.

You can rotate every 3-5 minutes to change ip addresses. I recommend doing it every 5 minutes as it is more stable but if you need faster, you can still opt to rotate every 3 mins. Depending on carriers ip pool, you may get more or less ip.
