Need Advice with PayPal

To make a long story short, PP suspended my old(NO documents verified) account almost 5 months ago. I still need to wait another month to get my account back and it's not even sure!

I was thinking to get a new account, get all documents verifications, buy a new phone number.

My question is: can they suspend me again, because of the Same name and surname, IP address?

Yes they can suspend/hold any account anytime and ask for docs.
This happens to accounts of any age.
Best way is keep docs ready, account verified & sometimes you might need to provide delivery partner proof also so keep that also ready.

yes and in general be careful what services are you providing with through your paypal income , then ban like no tomorrow !

If this is the first time you're uploading documents then it's safe to use same name or address with a different phone number.

You could very much get blocked again if you use the same IP address - try starting fresh
