It was good to start with Abelohost as they said DMCA ignored hosting ( They are not DMCA Ignore Hosting ) Speed and performance is really great ( Maximum Downtime Monthly https://prnt.sc/25yqva3 )

It was going good with them until unless we get DMCA , and one phising mail ticket I received which I asked my client to delete and my client deleted it but I forgot to update in the ticket.
The ticket was closed so I thaught the matter is closed so the ticket is being closed.

After some days they suspended my account and refuse to give me the data too.
I told them that in case the post is remain in the site I will delete it for which dmca case received and they simply says they wont restore the service , so I asked them that to give my website's data but they are refusing to give the data too so I lost my all websites data by hosting in https://abelohost.com/ , Screenshot https://prnt.sc/25yrft9

I Lost All My Data and They Refuse To Give me DATA

if you search abelohost on BHW, youll see youre not the first to say theyre bad
I have blindly trusted them but now they will not give the websites data :(

not trying to sound rude, but ur screwed. theyve had alot of issues in the past, and they say theyre all good now. phishing is part of their strictly prohibited part, but if uve sorted it out by ticket already, then i myself wouldve assumed it was dealt with, but alas, they got ur money, they dont want to spare a $3 IP for further issues and would prefer more hate reviews about them. thats why nobody uses them anymore. you make a mistake, rectify it, but too late.

on another note, why didnt u make backups! i auto-backup my websites every 3rd day directly to google drive incase this every happens.

Luckily I got some old backup from managewp but my client's data got wasted.

No matter what hosting company you're on, always make sure to have regular offline backups in case sh*t like this happens.

Umm.. why does the chat support say you 'grossly violated' their terms rather than a simple DMCA notice? Dudee what were you hosting...

Abelohost is known for speedy responses the takedown notices. They don't even advertise themselves as DMCA-Ignore hosting. They are offshore hosting and their servers are located in the Netherlands.

The EU has a directive that requires their online content-sharing service providers (webhosting, ISPs, ect) to remove copyrighted protected material to be taken down as soon as they receive notice from the copyright holders. They also have to make sure the material isn't reuploaded. The US and EU also have signed a mutual agreement to assist in crime investigation and user rights protection.

You need to have found an off-shore DMCA ignored web hosting company that has servers located somewhere like Bulgaria or Malaysia.

I don't know why most people don't keep backups.
And with WordPress it's just syncing any backup plugin with Dropbox or Drive.

Despite for the reasons of this situation you need to learn your lesson. Backup is a must even when you are using the best web hosting service ever provided by your best friend.

Is not you that you have been talk bad about Alexhost and you switched to Abelohost? That is your "peanuts" a gift from Abelohost for you.

Use the real hosting offshore, they don't own datacenter (they use Serverius which doesn't ignore DMCA), alexhost have own Datacenter.

They reserve the right of refuse to give it to you, ALWAYS do backup no matter what. Always make your own Backup.
Stop using CF, use DDoS-Guard.net free plan is better than Cloudflare (CF)

Here is your alternatives, offshore and DMCA Ignored:

https://alexhost.comhttps://privatelayer.com (expensive but good)
https://novogara.com (very nice)
https://xor.sc (you can't probably afford, this is a bulletproof hosting)

is DDoS-Guard.net offshore and dmca friendly?

Yes. One of the most shaddy and bulletproof CDN provider.

But no more free plan after war.
Free plan only remains online for those who used them. :)
Right now, free plain is not available.

Is your responsability to do own backups. Never trust in Hosting Providers, even if they do backups.
When I say never trust, I say in the positive way. Do your own backups regulary 1 per week or 2 per month. That is the best way to prevent that.

There is automatic backups systems and scripts. Also there are paid services for such things, but also exists free scripts.

Not doing backups is not fault of hosting but yours, because Hosting providers does backups because if something happens like outage or HDD fails or fire in datacenter etc.
Make backups and you don't will lost your data. If you appreciate your work and your website you should do.

Cheers
