Its open , its an issue with aapanel , other people are also getting it, and no one is addressing it there.

i had "err_cert_date_invalid" error.... in aapanel i renewed Letencrypet and it work now.

I added Cloudflare, it always works, also page speed went to 99 from 83 (83 after adding page bulder).
