Combining Web Design Inspirations

I know a lot of web designs are the combination of various other web design inspiration. Does anyone know how exactly to combine various web design inspirations , in a way that the web design looks catcy and gives better experience to the user.

Why I am asking is that , I tried combining some designs , but it doesn't worked out and looks very Ugly. Please give me some step-by-step method or some framwork to create attractive web design by combining multiple inspirations (and of course without any copyright problems)

Rule of thumb - never't combine web designs.
It never works.
One site, one theme, one design.
A web design is suppose to be a single coherent look and feel through out the site.

Check top elementor website of the month for inspiration, forget about dribbble, drabbble etc:

Designing is more complex that it seems, it needs not only creativity but a vision, separate the idea from the design, and dress the idea with any style and design they want.

I have various friends who work in art-related stuff and what I've heard they recommend to each other:

Practice with little things first, ask for reviews constantly, and use paper and pencil to sketch. Suposedly helps a lot.

Not all can be creative, let's be honest here. Its web design not painting.
You can't learn creativity.
Just copy the websites in the link I shared earlier in your free time.
You will start getting hang of it.

Take some courses on web design. Check download section, youtube videos. Avoid the ones that teach html , css, Java script that's web development.
Copy the ones I told ya in free time with a page builder, elementor divi oxygen anything.
Get hang of it.
