What Happened to Signatures?

I've missed it (as I'm not a Jr.VIP) but now I don't see signatures... what happened to all the signature ads?
Nobody is allowed to have a signature any more?

PS: please... before suggesting... I am on a laptop and all signature ads disappeared for me recently, I used to see them.

Nope... I used to see them... now, I don't see a single signature ad (only regular ads)
