This has been probably debated everywhere online for millions of times, but I still would like to hear your opinions.
Three weeks ago, I bought a decent vaping kit after trying out several disposable ecigs for a couple of weeks. I've done so for two reasons:
- I'm an extremely heavy smoker, I tend to grab a bite of any food so I can have a cigarette after. Been smoking for 13 years now. You get the idea.
- Having lived most of my life where smoking in-doors is not prohibited, I find vaping in my UK house a lot more convenient than standing outside in the cold.
First two weeks of vaping, I started slowly reaching one roll-up a day of tobacco. For the past three days, I haven't had a single cigarette!
I am vaping a lot to supplement, that's for sure.
My question would be: what are your experiences with vaping as opposed to smoking? Have you noticed any difference in health and energy?
To be fair, if this sticks around and I drop the habit of smoking tobacco completely, I might start thinking about leaving the vape behind... but that would be extremely challenging as I do enjoy the habit.
