Is there somebody that is facing this telegram error UserBannedInGroup?

im auto-adding users in a groups and from last night i had that message when requests start UserBannedInGroup and this happen for all my users and for every request but the error didn't happend when i changed the group?
if somebody had faiced that problem please share with us

about 2000 users added to the group ( each users had added between 2 to 10), no i didnt changed ip adress as i think that telegram only check account not ip adresses (from own experience) because it's actually work very well

i tried to send without changing ip adress 1 message with a wait time of 30 min for the next time and i received PeerFloodError for the second one
