Nah, I just asked. Because I was warned kindly to not report something that is not breaking any rules.
Anyway, this user was warned for harrasing people in The Lounge, now he suddenly write PMs after weeks xD

attacking a user by pm is against the rules, just remember dif mods will viewDidn't find it's breaking a rules to attack someone via PM, but my "attacker" is really, really crazy dude
So:
a) report
b) ignore
the use of words based on how they feel it effects them........
if they are being aggressive / swearing , def report or send them to me

Just report him if you think that he/she is aggressive to you. Mods will take a look and fck him over if they see if it is against the rules, if it is not against the rules he will be reminded to tone it down.

A few days later , I contacted him on Skype to talk about some service he provided and even apologized as I was much younger than him , then he began his racial slurs and started calling a specific group of ppl to be dislikeable and savage (which I don't even belong to ).
He's full of shit @Lukmat just report him and let the mods do the needful. I don't believe in karma but this guy is a preacher of the same ,hypocrisy level infinity !!!
This is was the only PM I sent him a few months back , to which he replied :
