i think Google is lying

i have google ads account suspended recently with the error message Your account is suspended we're detected suspicious payments in your account. the account is owned and operated by me, all details are correct and I have appealed several time with no success. i think Google is lying about the reason for the suspension as i can provide proof of ownership of the payment card.

Of course they r lying, they never tell what was wrong. Suspicious payment hardly ever is payment related.

Plenty of causes for that reason but if it's your own payment method then they will reinstate it sooner or later

Google doesnt know if the payment method is yours or not, there is no way to detect that. Also you dont hv to match payment details with your G account details (eg. u can put "John Smith" to all your billing profiles and google still doesn´t care). Appeal process is automated and there is no way that G allows low-level workers access to billing info to "analyze".

The reason shown in GAds dashboard on the top part, such as suspended due to suspicious payment, etc is in reality not in all cases the real reason for account suspensions. In many cases of "suspended due to suspicious payment", the actual reason has nothing to do with payment or billing or card. Nowadays, GAds gets even many legit accounts suspended. Create churn & burn GAds accounts yourself in bulk and use those.

Suspicious payment seems to be a default catch all. I closed down my old AdWords account since I no longer used it and got a 'suspicious payment' email as a response. There was no payment, I had just closed the account.

Looks like google is behaving like facebook to a certain degree. You can be all legit and still get suspended without reason, big companies also got their accounts closed, what is left to an average person.
