• Buy your crypto in person from other people and be careful of cameras

Incognito browser doesn't prevent your ISP from logging your traffic and identifying you. It doesn't prevent you from getting cookies and other artefacts nor from the website getting info about your computer such as screen size, OS, browser etc.

Crypto has never prevented anyone from getting fucked because contrary to most retards' beliefs, they are not anonymous.

Hosting sites can and will cooperate with the police.

Anything on Tor can still leave artefacts on your OS.

Hence why I said to use a vpn. Your isp doesn't see the traffic. Browsering fingerprinting could be an issue though, you're right. I should have recommended firefox in my post as it has some good anti-fingerprinting technology.
