How to avoid getting caught by the police

Stealth is not something you can learn from a thread in an SEO forum.
And as they said above, if you are asking it means that you are not ready for this type of business.

Movie streaming is illegal in every country.
No shortage of wingnuts on the internet and here today we have an internet expert who has studied and familiarized himself with law in every single country.

I give you, the internet lawyer.

1- How can they track me? Using domain purchase by me or my hosting provider that i use?
2- How about using cloudflare, is my identity safe?
As others have told you, if you are asking this, you should start it in the first place. Piracy is illegal almost everywhere in the world. Yes, piracy sites exist, cause law enforcements can't catch them all. But you're definitely wrecked if they notice your website and get behind you (which you can't alwayd be certain of to counter the risk.)

To speak of how they would find you. As someone who has done osint investigations in the past I can tell you that literally everything you do on the internet will leave a fingerprint. You would use a VPN and think you aren't being watched, but nope, authorities can get your VPN provider to log your requests and no VPN service can deny if law enforcement asks.

If they find your info through your domain registrar or clouddflare, that's just a rookie mistake. There are several other non-trivial ways law enforcement can find you. They found The Silk Roads (an ecommerce site for selling all sorts of contraband on the dark web) founder through a stack overflow question then what stops them from catching you.

Also, they don't even need to find your identity to bring your warez movies site to its knees. A DMCA takedown request, and your site disappears from all search engines and poof there goes your organic traffic. A DMCA takedown request to social media sites and poof there goes all your social traffic. A couple more and your site will probably disappear off the face of the internet and your hosting provider will either delete your site themselves, or your dns provider would probably stop resolving your site's domain.

So, why do you still see so many pirate movie websites? Well that's either because most of these sites are relatively new (usually less than 3-5 years old) and have not amassed a lot of notoriety to come under the radar of anti-piracy law enforcement. Or, they are run by Russian organized cybercrime groups like the RBN. They operate in a very seclueive fashion and have minimal footprints cause of the huge ecosystem they have created.

Tldr; unless you are a Russian cybercrime kingpin, your site would prolly shut down by the end of a year or two and even if you make any money, that will be at the risk of getting arrested and losing it all.

You are just better off not competing with the Russian cybercriminals mate :p

Hi guys, i have a serious question to ask. I'm planning to make full movie streaming website. But i'm a little bit afraid that i will get caught by police on my county sooner or later for making this kind of website. I have a few question regarding this.

1- How can they track me? Using domain purchase by me or my hosting provider that i use?
2- How about using cloudflare, is my identity safe?

Really hope anyone who have done this type of website before can help me on this. Thank you.

Any time you are using payment and doing payment transactions, there is no hiding. This includes crypto.

With titles like these I’m not surprised why some people think this is some illegal/dark web type of forum.

Caught by the police ???

You are already caught. Everything you do on the internet is monitored and logged

The problem with being a crook is that they don't have to even touch you today. They can watch
you for YEARS. Let you work. Then one day, when your bank account has grown so much that your are
actually worth doing an "asset forfeiture" arrest, then the blade goes down.

All those years you worked for THEM.

The internet is huge.

EVERYONE is a customer. Every day more customers are invented. It never stops.

Screw up one day? Get banned? Who cares? Tomorrow is a new life.
And you learn more and more. And keep coming to BHW where the Internet Einsteins™ live.

Obey the law. You sleep better.

Don't get your ass kicked by the police.

Sincerely,

The Eye

This is extremely paranoid and not true. I’ve had the unfortunate chance to meet some people who later I learned were scammers in the e-commerce business (they sold an item and delivered another, made millions that way) and still scam people by selling Ecom courses and if anything making money just made them safer against the law.

They are from Brazil but I see the same kind of situation happening in first world countries, specially in the US, just google what guys like Grant Cardone did.

Perfect Paranoia is perfect awareness

The Eye never lies

Pissing off the FBI is much different than a ripping off a few people on ecommerce.

The CPA networks, working WITH the credit card processors are STILL ripping off customers with the VISA rebilling scams
and nobody says a word about it.

The FBI fines people for movie piracy

Messing with the FBI is TROUBLE WITH A CAPITAL BIG.

Stay away from movie streaming scams.

The theater movie industry is DEAD. Hollywood is MAD. They can only survive by their streaming platforms.
They are looking for people to make an example of.

Don't let it be you

Sincerely,

The Eye

  • Use a VPN with Tor
  • Make sure you get either a separate computer or use an incognito browser
  • Make sure when you're downloading the movies/shows you're on Tor
  • Buy your crypto in person from other people and be careful of cameras
  • Use a crypto mixer to mix your coins
  • Purchase the domain from somewhere that accepts crypto, like the `.to` registrar. This is the only thing you could potentially lose.
  • Purchase the hosting from somewhere that accepts crypto and doesn't care about DMCA, tons of them on this forum
  • Never do anything off of Tor related to your business
