There are hardware solutions that are making kodi look almost legacy with their array of features, apps and available channels, movies and exclusive listings such as simultaneous releases of nf and amazon prime shows in "almost" 4k quality, from what i've heard. They even have their own private annaul subscription services for people that install their software onto pi / android boxes.
There is no easy way to acheieve this, even if you live in an offshore privacy haven. You best bet would be to design, test and deploy your own linux distro starting at kernel level to ensure effective and anonymous communication - and so this also assumed that you're a master when it comes to networking layers and adminsitration too so you can test your custom made operating system against something.
Then you have to also know about both the best and most reliable offshore, zero-log, 'bulletproof' hosts, and the ins and outs of the legalities specific to that country that will ensure these rights are enforced or have someone you're paying on the inside that will assure you that the whole set-up isn't some multinational sting operation in the first place.
And also how to effectively both "spin" payments from customers and also pay for all the services that will inevitably be required by yourself for such a helluva task.
And last but not least, find out how exactly people are getitng hold of apis or whatever that gives them access in almost 1:1 definition in many cases to viewing of channels from Peru to Afghanistant, From NetFlix to Blockbuster big screen releases.
This is just a newb take on things and purely specualtive for the sake of discussion form someone with no practical experience, nor any real interest at this point and sill pays full price for netflix and prime lol. As other have said, in most cases, such a thing is probably not worth the effort involved, esp if you have to ask here imho
