Yes the program can run concurrent actions. So you can have 100 accounts liking / following at the same time. Or (should you wish) you can have 1 account doing 100 actions at the same time (likes / retweets / posting / following / unfollow with different inputs). NOT RECOMMENDED, but you technically can do it should you have a wish to
