the virus is mutating inside infected human bodies (to survive the immune system) then speading to other bodies, so one population infected with one variant can develop another variant , despite not being in contact with foreigners ... so travel restrictions is only a small part of the equation
Emotion? What's that? Nah we're miserable bunch us, where i'm from. Not emotional. Not like the koreans with all the kdrama love angles and suicides obsessively scripted even into horror movies.
What excites me is when someone given the responsibility of calling themselves a doctor, then misusing it so as to potentially risk the lives of thousands of utterly confused people at a time has their doctor card revoked and is disciplined accordingly.

Anyone that’s had 3 or 4 shots already and still willingly lines up for more really needs their head examined, never mind covid and go seek help from a psychologist or therapist, seriously.
What a sad way to live your life, actually live is a far stretch, you’re merely existing now.
Mate you could slip in the shower and break your neck today. You could leave your front porch and get hit by a car today. I could go on forever.. living in fear of something that hasn’t happened and potentially won’t happen is not good for your mental or physical health, stress will get you long before covid if you keep up like that, because rest assured covid isn’t going anywhere anytime soon.. way too much money on the table now, there will be no shift in direction any time soon.

I am the same, although I live my life as normally as I can under these circumstance. I’ve visited more countries this past year than any other year ever.. replies like that guys make me sad, people scared to leave their homes and get the bus.
People in the uk must be kicking themselves now, did everything to get those passports.. took all the jabs they were told in an effort to get their freedoms back, now they have to do it all again, unreal.

Having witnessed this but thanfkully no worse for wear myself, I would consider it a blessing and a curse. A curse because I have to see myself people I care about suffer and an extent of the damage caused by the pandemic that many people even now, astonishingly, are completely oblivous to..... and a blessing because besides having survived myself, being able rid myself from an egocentric and completely inconsiderate perspective creeping up on me myself early last year that just because I, and more or less everyone I love was ok means it must be
