I mean judging by the countless number of people that have been disaproving of wearing one throughout the pandemic so far, from humming and harring to throwing a hissy fit to having an outright tantrum in public that'd make any five year old look mature, I can only imagine the reaction if people were made to wear full respirator masks, disposable caps and gloves too.
