JOB: Provide online computer repair to my companies clients

DUTIES:

• Monitor website traffic
  • Proactively engage potential clients via live chat
    • Close the deal and sell them on our services
  • Answer live chat requests
    • Close the deal and sell them on our services
• Provide Support
  • Use LogMeIn Rescue to provide support
    • I have the licenses, you just need to use the console to fix their issue
      • Virus Removal
      • PC Tune Up
      • Printer Installs
      • Etc., all of the basic things online computer repair customers would require
  • Use chat to communicate with customer if need be
    • Ask questions as needed (ie what do you currently use for virus protection? do you need virus protection, etc.)
  • Invoice the customer
    • Paypal, pretty simple
• Use verbal communication to stay in touch with me
  • Notify & track new customers, potential customers, lost customers
  • Be accessible for me to communicate with you to help resolve issues you cannot
  • Provide me with customer information for my records
• Be smart enough
  • To sell customers on our services
  • To find a solution to the problem if you dont know the answer
  • Be independent and do a good job

COMPENSATION:

• Hourly
• Commission

SOFTWARE AND LICENSES:

• Provided
  • Live Chat Software 1
    • allows you to chat with customers that request information about services
  • Monitoring software 1
    • Monitor where customers come from
      • Search Engines
      • Direct Visits
      • Advertising
      • Referring Sites
    • Proactively Engage Customer
      • Send chat requests to try and talk to the customer to sell them services
  • Technician Console 1
    • This also answers live chat requests
    • Allows you to provide actual support to the customer
      • You move their mouse, press their keyboard, restart their machine

I will reward on your ability to do the job correctly. Training is provided, however you need to have a good background in fixing software issues already, or know where to find the answer if you cannot do it.

I have been working in a call center as technical support. In my first company, I worked for an anti-virus software, trend micro. My job was to help customer getting rid off the viruses that infested their pc's. On my 2nd call center experience, I was working and supporting HP printers, troubleshooting printer's hardware, software and cartridges. Until here, take for now.

Hours would be between 6am and 7pm PST 20 hours to 40 hours a week. $2-$4 per hour depending on qualifications. I can also do commission of $10 each sell.

The website gets 50 visitors a day.

1 Paying customer minimum. Average is 2-3 paying customers a day, once or twice a week I'll have a spike and get 5 a day for a day or two.

From January 1st to 27th I've had 38 paying customers.

Working hourly will require proactive searching for customers and marketing for the company. This will bring you more business. Ill provide you the tools and the knowledge, you just need to expand on my ideas be consistent. Ill pay for all the software licensing and what not.

I am quite interested on this job. I can do marketing as well as link building if it needs to be. As for troubleshooting, simple things as what you have mentioned are quite okay for me.
