That's illegal, don't be a noob to try cheating on google. Multiple ad accounts is against the TOS of google, because you gain unfair advantage of other affiliates and I report these type of people, furthermore the affiliates that does it to get ban from clickbank or the affiliate network they do those shady things.

Even, if there are some people who know how to do it, they will get banned eventually.

Violating a TOS is not a crime, nor will it ever be; stating that it is "illegal", intimates otherwise, and is a petty means of attempting to shame people into some shared ethical opinion. To be clear, I am not stating that that is the point of your comment, but it should always be pointed out, that shame does not work and using it to herd people into an ethical position, is hilariously paradoxical.

I am not advocating bad behavior, and honestly I don't care, but no one should exert any effort, to shame, and snitch, on perceived bad actors, on behalf of any corporate behemoth. Google, fb, aws, etc, do not need, or deserve, anyones' ethical leeway, as they have mostly abandoned any tangible efforts towards good corporate citizenship; companies that large, cannot operate at scale, while observing the same ethical constraints that you are freely affording to them. For christ sakes, google is attempting to leverage its browser share, and chromium, as a means of positioning webm as the dominant video format, which is a just a hair less terrifying than a single company having stewardship over tcp/ip.
