Well, it's apparent that @Backbencher has been online since this shit list opened.

The decision has been made in favour of @Clare Jane and @Backbencher has been banned for failing to resolve this dispute.

They made another account here named @flowerbean using the email @Backbencher used to scam members here, so that account has been banned as well.

The shit list thread will remain live and is now open to commentary as rule 4 is no longer enforced in this thread.

I wonder if it’s about time to add a rule that each parties cannot call out admin like that doesn’t respond, doesn’t care etc. The admins have lots of works, checks to do then reply every minute. I mean that mod abuse rule is there but about time to add members can’t pester admins/mod to respond asap

No, I don't think it's a good idea to add that in. We don't want to put members off from seeking help when they need it.

can't blame the parties, they're on trouble and some people getting emotional when it's related to money. good thing that the mod/admin doesn't really care about the 'emotional' part and just focus on solving the case.

Recent update -

I was lucky enough to get back $300 again through dispute, other $300 cant open dispute due to sent as friends and family option, this will be a lesson for $300 and advice is do not send friends and family option if you are buying service in anywhere.

Special thanks to the mod which involved in SL and ban those scammers.

If you paid with credit card, you can just call your bank and tell them to open a dispute or chargeback for you, but if you paid with pp balance, yeah nothing you can do :/

yeah,, major card providers have that customer protection enabled. if you used american express card expect a refund in 24hours lol; AE doesnt give a damn about sellers and 99% of times refund customers.

I have been scammed $660 from Jr.vip @Backbencher

he has promised me to provide accounts and after sent payments now he is skipping since yesterday, i have requested refund and no response yet, i will post more proof of BHW messages and skype chat after Mod response

i feel so sorry for you Loose by this Dump seller and with this i Learned a Great Lesson we never to have to deal with new and Less active sellers if we do so then we can be the victim ( i will make sure to deal with these such amount with Aged and Reputed sellers only

Didnt realise this seller was on the shit list. I have bought from him before but sent him a paypal payment in July for which re promised to do the work and has made excuses ever since. Thank goodness it was only $80 I lost and not more. Also, lesson learned and not going to send any money have the friends and family option.
