Writing quality was great. The article was well researched and I'd say that the content was good as well for 500 words. Although I would have expected a more personalized approach as this was relationship niche, I am sure he would have done so if I had told him while placing the order.
I would definitely recommend using him for articles in a more "logical" niche

I got a review copy. I got an approx 500-word article.

let me start with the con first. (which is not really a con)
the article itself for kind of sort of incomplete. and I guess that the topic is huge to cover it all in 500 words. and the sentence would be shorter to improve readability.

PRO:
it is a good quality article. totally unique and positive. the paragraphs were byte size (which makes it easy to read - according to me) which also gave scope to add lots of subheadings.

overall I would say this review article was well written by a newb kind of writer.

I would give it 6-7/10 for the price point mentioned.

I must add they offer unlimited revision till you are happy so there is no way you will not get your money's worth.

I liked the article and it can pretty much go straight up on my site. I ran it through copyscape and grammarly and there were no issues there.

All my instructions were followed too which is great.

It's well written, either by a native English speaker or someone very fluent in English.
Even though the topic is quite technical, the article is well researched and easy to understand.
TAT was 9 days, so not super quick, but I assume review copies are given a lower priority and that's ok to me.
