Can Google see image metadata?

Whats up BHW, quick question:

When I post a Google Review and add an image, can Google see what device was used to take the picture?

So if i post slightly different images of a location on different accounts, but from the same device, will Google be able to track me down?

My logic is that what eBay has Google has.
eBay and Amazon can link accounts based on Meta Data so why not Google?

I don't have proof, but I go on the side of YES.

There's a setting in windows to remove metadata from an image, just right click, properties, details, remove data.
