So I was doing business with @ToBeSomething but I found he was a previously banned scammer!

His skype id is: maherhackers

And if you search that in BHW, you find 3 accounts of his:

if he asked for refund for a service that you did provide and was good, you shouldn't provide refund as this is what he does

I mean, get him the same medicine until he will not ever scam in his entire life ever again. Making new accounts and changing usernames it's not so hard. I don't think a ban will ever make someone stop scamming. That's a proven fact on every forum ever.

We aren't allowed to do justice by our hands, there's Mods Staffs who manage things here

As members in BHW, if you saw something that violate guidelines, there's a report button, that's more than enough

Since you've got money from that scammer, you had to pm one the staffs and tell them what happened without revealing all of this to public

Think about others who will start doing the same as you by faking truths, and they will get away and refer you as an example
