The site is already monetized. The site is ranking well. Right now, the traffic is almost at 7000 in the last 30 days.

I don’t talk much about the monetization because that’s not the point of this thread. It’s just about ranking AI content with low quality and low effort websites.

I was also planning to rank a site with AI content and that's why I asked if what methods would be better for monetization.

I use display ads. It works pretty well. But you can do affiliate too. Shouldn't be a problem. I also have a couple of CPA offers on this site but they don't really convert that well.

Have you tried Amazon on these spammier sites? My current one made 1.3k this month from Amazon alone while getting only 700-800 clicks from Google per day. I just did the same as you, 200-300 words tops per keyword, if it starts ranking I update it with more content and the actual links etc

I'm just asking because even though Amazon keeps reducing your affiliate revenue, it still seems to give far better results than just display ads (as well as not needing nearly as many visitors)

If you would like to start a spam site, go for it. Take the advice of someone who’s currently doing it and generating over 100,000 traffic a month.

Oh I wasn't asking him to take my advice. lol. I was asking him to take the advice of someone who's done spam sites before rather than listening to his friend who doesn't have any traffic.

I'm not the right person to comment about spam sites because I don't have too much experience with that. I do dabble occasionally but I usually stick to boring content sites with handwritten content.

I do afilliate linksd, I have a mix of both types of content really, my site didn't have that many posts tbh about 120-130, but the review / best xxx posts get about half the visitors and are giving me about 10x more revenue overall. (And I started them with the same method, just using the AI to write 200-300 words and let it rest and wait for it to rank)
I haven't had much success with purely informative posts, while I do get visits to them the revenue is so negligible I'd need way too many visitors to hit 1k/month with that. I get like 150$/month from Ezoic and that's with 120-130 posts already, assuming it stayed consistent I'd need 1200-1300 posts for 1-1.5k/month from ads alone

I do suggest inserting Amazon links in informative content (the ones you rewrite to improve ranks, you can do suggestions about products when providing a solution to a problem etc)

1- The way I do things is I generally write an intro about the subject myself, then look for the products I want to advertise, grab the features (usually bullet points) post them into the product description AI and it usually gives 100-200 words based on the bullet points we inserted then just think about general questions people ask about the subject and insert those into the long form content generator and it usually provides an answer for another 50-200 words for each question.

2- I look for keywords that show as 0 MS in most tools but they show traffic when using google keyword tool & show in google auto suggest, they usually have 0difficulty and bring in traffic.

3- Nothing special just a general looking website dunno how to explain I just pick a theme I like and go with it. For plugins just stuff for caching, speed and the usual SEO plugins for description etc

I think you could probably get the intro done with a AI writer too, no? But I'm guessing you manually do this because you want to drop in topical keywords and phrases and SEO optimize?

In summary the structure is:

- Intro paragraph (keyword description)

- feed AI data from a related product to generate content

- FAQ's

Ok, I don’t mean to attack your friend but he’s definitely not a “top SEO” with zero traffic.

Same thing with a white hat site. If you want to start it, take the advice of someone who’s generating 100,000 traffic a month or more.

I chose 100,000. You can choose 500,000 or 1 million. But the point is that you need to take advice from people who have actually achieved results and not some random people saying content is King and make web 2.0s.

No worries. I agree about only taking advice from someone that does what you are wanting to do. That's what I am working on at the moment. Actually paid someone for a bit of training on a software I wish to use. I do however disagree that my friend is "not a top SEO". I have know him for over 2 years and seen him rank others sites by advising them on what to change and how set the site up. Sometimes people don't use the skills they have to benefit themselves. I had a guy work for me when I had an asphalt biz. Picked him up at a soup kitchen. Eventually learned that he walked away from a biz he had build doing sales. Was a drunk but a hard worker. Just burned out. Left the biz to his kids and it was worth millions.

I end up with 600-1000 but thats for important keywords with buyer intent. For informative keywords I ushally end up with 200-400 because I dont put as much effort. If they start ranking ill go back and tweak it


Initially i also did the same for the buyer intent keywords but i found a good enough formula to rank most of the ones i target so i just go all in on them from the start now

Crossed 8000 Pageviews in 30 days a few days ago. I'll probably sell the site when it hits 10,000 Pageviews. Overall, in 7 months, the site has generated 35,000 Pageviews. Not bad for a 7 month old site that took just a few hours to make.
