Does using a VPN change your sending IP when bulk emailing?

Might seem like a silly question but I'm wondering if I've been doing this efficiently. I have several gmail accounts I want to use to bulk email - around 400 per day per account. They've all been warmed properly and are currently inboxing. When I did this before on a smaller scale, I used a VPN that allows you to switch between different IP's within any given geographical area (I'm sure they all do this). Whenever I was going to send emails from a specific gmail, I'd switch to the assigned IP within my VPN interface before logging in then blast em out. Just seemed more cost effective to use 1 program as opposed to buying a bunch of proxies.

Is it safe to keep doing that?

I appreciate your response, but I don’t want to change the accounts. I’m manually warming these gmails which has helped tremendously with hitting inbox, and the offer I’m promoting is converting very well.

What I’m trying to determine is if my current process is efficient and will remain efficient when scaling up. But I definitely do not want to take a churn and burn approach - I prefer my gmails to last. If I’m rapidly burning through accounts, I’ll be spending more time warming up new gmails when I could be focusing on other things like split testing templates to achieve a higher conversion rate.

Would you recommend continuing to use a VPN or to use proxies? Won’t they have the same effect?

User is ready to burn accounts that's why i said him to send 4k instead of 400. So let the gmail handle the rate until the limit is reached

Thank you very much for you answers. Please I have some questions because I want use like 100 to 200 gmail address to send bulk emails and I intend to send 400 or 500 emails a day per email. My plan is to manage the accounts with multilogin, by assign an each gmail account with a back-connect rotating IPs and send the email. Will this be a good idea or do I still need some other things to add in order for this method to be successful.

You can use a dedicated software to send your email campaigns using multiple gmail accounts using proxies and spintax to send unique emails.

For now only mailwizz , turbo mailer , sendy supports that.

What are using to send your emails?

Using VPNs can be risky, you'll need to test the ip quality before sending.

Also you'll need to send unique emails content to avoid getting restricted.
