This is to let @BassTrackerBoats & you Inform, from day one we have informed the client, we are a web development agency, not the server management company, the code he is talking about is working fine in our server which we have shown them, but that code is not working in their server, which is not our concern, we have created the website fully [edited by a Mod to hide the user's website] and we have spent over 55 man-hours on this single project, our total time spent over 140 hours on this.
One of their partners are always rude and misbehave with the Owner and developer, not even he doesn't know how to speak with people, at least he should come up with some good tone...
We have completed this project, the coding part which the client mentioned is not working, that is not our concern at all, is there a server guy or hosting people who will solve this.
There is nothing to get a refund for as we have spent beyond 55 man-hours what we have quoted and website is working. [edited by a Mod to hide the user's website]
We are pretty much ready to complete other projects of them, at least the client must pay us in full.

We are not scammers, we have completed all our projects on time, and we have completed your website in the meantime, and spent beyond 140 hours to solve the coding, as this was not in the job, still, if this not work for you, then speak with your server guys, we don't have control on that.
The money you have paid for the work on the website which is built and we did that with honesty, we have never faced this sought of a client earlier too, where you simply blame people.
