Abuse of staff is considered a serious terms of service violation.

What about abuse of powers by admins? Does that ever get looked at?

The fact that you jumped to a conclusion to quickly on this matter is what caused the problem in the first place.

can we get a new admin to review this case and make a decision that is not emotionally compromised?

So he got banned for abusing staff and not actually scamming people ? Then what he has told me has some truth to it, that he can not complete projects due to being banned.

I am sure there is multiple others like me in this situation. We should not be victims in this because staff is not happy with the selective wording he decided to use and caused feelings to be hurt.

I humbly request the ban gets lifted so he may complete the project I paid him for and figure out a better solution to this

I am not standing up for anyone. I am trying to get a better solution then the one that we currently have.

If BHW is all about being fair and taking care of their users, then my request will be granted that this is to be reviewed by a different admin.

The accused is banned due to his abusive behaviour, of which you only see the surface, that ban will remain.
